My sister had a criminal records check done, which is one of the requirements she needed done for a nursing? |
program here in Canada, and she found out that she has a criminal record for a soliciting charge, she is not that type of person and I know it as well as anyone else who knows her knows that she is not that type of person. Heck she has never ever stoled a thing in her life, my question is how can she get her record clean, because she should not receive a record for something she is not done, which she would be 100% against?? Your help is greatly appreciated................................ you! A soliciting charge has nothing to do with theft,it is a prostitution charge. I dont know how it goes in Canada, but here in Cali when your record is wrongfully tarnished you go see a judge, show proof of social security, finger prints and anything else they ask for. Maybe there is "identity theft" involved. |
