U of NC or SC? Nursing?

I'm looking into doing the NROTC nursing program next year, and I'm debating between University of North Carolina and the University of South Carolina. I know the first step is getting in, so I will apply to both, but which should be my first choice (and why)?

thank you

Trust me NC is better I have a friend who graduated from there and she said that her professor said that it beats any other school for nursing in the Carolinas.

UNC is the better school for nursing.
