There is a three year program and a two program offered? Two year program gives you an Associate Degree. It's light on clinical experience so when you start a job, they usually (should) give you a preceptor who is an experienced RN to work with until you gain more experience. Also, you should get ample orientation period where you aren't expected to carry a full load of patients.
