Cal State LA Nursing Program?

I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether Cal State LA has a good nursing program and whether you guys like Cal State LA and what do you see as being the downsides to it? Thanks!

Cal State LA has a strong nursing program with a very good reputation in the region. I know, I graduated from there but in accounting. The downside to the school is it isn't very exciting with virtually no campus life. But that can be said for most of the Cal States.

The downside to the nursing major is it can take a while to get your degree because it is impacted. Plus, the standards are high. I know of some currently in the program who have to maintain a 3.7+ GPA just to stay in the program. It's that competitive.
