Im conducting a research about bodys reaction on graveyard shift workers. Either their body gain or losses weight.
so kindly provide me with good questions.
respondents are hospital nurses.

the focus is about weight gain or weight loss of grave yard shift workers...
question like this is what i need:

How do you spend your free/breaktime in between shifts.
-Take a nap
-Have a snack
-coffee - water - bread -biscuits blah blah

thank you and im waiting i got only 2 hours left.

im a student nurse. am on 3rd year now. i got this subject in school called Nursing Research. i left my questions at home. my bad i know. thats why im hoping you guys can help

My hubby works graveyard shift...some of the things I can think of...
1. Do you spend the time immediately after work as people on regular shift do or go straight to bed? ? Example, I get off work at 4, go home, eat dinner about 6, go to bed about 10.
2. How many meals do you eat daily? At what times?
3. Do you that same schedule when you are not working or to you switch back to sleeping at night?
4. Do you eat right before you go to sleep when working the night shift?
5. How often do you eat at work?

At what point or time do you stop to have a snack?
Do you eat full meals during your lunch break?
How often do you eat on your lunch break?
Do you eat on your break because you are hungry or because others are eating?
Do you feel that eating during your shift energizes you or slows you down?

Hope these questions helped. I sensed the urgency of your need. Don't forget to give me best answer. Thanks.

You waited until only two hours were left to you? Shame!
