Let me guess. You failed a class and can't meet the minimum requirements as a result? In 99.9% of cases, it's YOUR fault you failed. And no, on the whole, you can't sue a professor if he/she didn't physically assault you.

Its hard to answer you properly without proper details, Try another professor or another uni.You could talk to the head of the department for advice.

Yes. You can sue anybody for anything. The real question, however, is will you be successful. Probably not, and you would have to pay court and lawyer costs...for both sides.

An alternative, if you feel you've been unjustly graded, is to provide documentation to the Dean of the Dept. as to your situation to see if your complaint is justified.

To be honest, if you wrote your papers using the same methods you used to write your question, he was probably justified in whatever he did to stop you from moving on in school.
