Please! I need some easy weight losing plans. Busy mother of four and finishing nursing school!!!!?

Busy people tend to eat unhealthy quick snacks. Try eating healthy snacks throughout the day. Like: Carrot sticks with dip, fruit, granola bars, apple sauce, yogurt, cheese, nuts, sandwiches on whole grain bread (stay away from all breads but these). Try to walk 30 minutes a day. Maybe you can take the kids with you. Just eating will help you burn calories as long as you don't eat too much and the things you eat are healthy. Remember to stay away from the isle in the middle of the grocery store. It's all fake food. Make good choices when buying fast food. Most places have healthy options now. I find breads and ice cream cause me to gain weight rapidly. Take the stairs when you can instead of the elevator, and drink lots of water.

red bull & cigarettes

Skip the pop and drink lots of water. tough at first, but after the first week I slimmed right down, good luck!

Try eating smaller portioned, healthy meals including protein, complex carbs and Omega 3 oil.
Eating every 2-3 hours supports fat loss by keeping the metabolism going all day.

Eat right...run a lot...

basically:

Lose more calories than you consume.

DON'T GO ON CRASH DIETS
