R.N (nursing) distance learning school for health care workers? |
I have vast medical expeience but none in nursing I would like to bridge but can't take time for traditional school. Has anyone heard of this and were I can contact them? I am in the same boat. I did know of a school but can't remeber the name, but you pretty much had to be a LPN to go into nursing, and it also depends on the state you live in due to licencses policy. However, I suggest you take all prerequisites check you local community college for online, or distance learning courses first then do clinicals when you are able to make the time.Try typing in RN training online see what happens! Good Luck. there are many online programs, most are quite expensive and you have to be extremely self disiplined to succeed with these programs. Also, some of the programs discourage even LVN's with experience from signing with them, due to strict board requirements. There is no way to receive your R.N. on line because of all the clinicals. You can however receive your BSN on line I did but it is expensive. try this web site. It's the collage i go to. or try the next one. good luck!. |
