How much money should i give this person for graduating nursing school?

She is my sister's new husband's (of one year) daughter and the celebration is at a casual italian restaurant. My family attending consists of 5 adults and 1 child.

20 bucks is always a safe amount. its not too shabby or over the top. thats what my wife puts in envelopes as gifts to people we know but dont get together on a regular basis.
