I'm getting ready for my final exam in nursing school, but I'm overwhelmed and stressing. Any suggestions? |
I extremely anxious to the point that I was put on medication. Didn't do so hot on the other exams so I have to do well on this one in order to pass. This is my last exam before graduating as an RN. I just finised exams myself and I'm going for my B.A.... exams at any level are difficult and all we are waiting for is that deep breath that we can take after its all over. But right now, just put it into your mind, that you studied and you know all the information that you are going to know. Review it all to the best of your ability and know that if you do your best, that there is nothing else that any can ask of you. It doesn't matter how you started out but how you finish. I'm sure that you'll do fine... take a deep breath and let things flow out of your mind and onto the paper and you'll be fine. You know this stuff and you got it in your mind and just keep on reviewing... don't freak out and get nervous because you CAN do this. Let me know how well you did and take care of yourself! :) (pray, take a deep breath, and pray again... YOU'LL BE FINE!!!) First of all, relax! If you start spazzing on the exam, you're sure to screw up. Do you have those study guides and CDs to help you? Good. Aside from taking the mock tests every day until your exam and studying as much as possible, there really isn't much more you can do besides getting adequate rest and eating well so you'll be fully rested for your studying and exam.
