A gift certificate to a nice shoe store where she can get a pair of nursing shoes or clogs that will support her feet and legs so she will not end up with bad legs after years of standing on them and walking on the hard floors of a hospital.

How about a pda, so that she can keep her life a little more organized since she will be so busy.
