HI I WENT TO A NURSING SCHOOL interview what is my chances getting in all my grades are good been in the?

medical profession a long time when I went I was placed in front of 3 Nusing instructors at the end they wished me "GOOD LUCK" does that mean I don't get in?

Not at all. Each interviwer will give a written opinion of your professional and personal talents. Someone (or a group) will analyze the reports and compare them to other candidate's reports. The best/better reports will land the candidates a job officer.
And, of course, "good luck".
