I am graduating nursing school in june, i have 2 job offers in an ICU i have 2 make a decision by 1/31/08? |
SO i always wanted to work with children and the job im offered is not working with kids, ive been tryin to get in contact with a childrens hospital but they are not setting up an interview with me. Should i settle for the job offer i have or wait for the one i want which i could possibly not get??? You can wait until the last minute, but I'd take the one that gave you an offer if the other one doesn't respond. You have plenty of time to search for another job that would work better for you. You can always work towards that dream job. I would say yes, take the ICU job to get some experience. Then if a job opens up in the pediatrics ward of that hospital you can apply for a transfer. In the meantime you can continue to apply for a job at the children's hospital. |
