i used to be - now i'm a school nurse and loving it... study hard and read the NCLEX questions carefully (without reading too much into them) and good luck!

You can wait until the last minute, but I'd take the one that gave you an offer if the other one doesn't respond. You have plenty of time to search for another job that would work better...
