After graduation of nursing school, what salary can I expect? |
What state pays the most for new nurses, and can I expect to find a job immediately? So what do the salaries look like? More than 25 % of 2004 respondents surveyed earn at least $64,000 per year (a 14 percent increase from 2003) and a larger percentage of women reported earning $75,000 or more in 2004 (11 percent up from 5 percent). Nothing until you get a job. In NY you will have to work the night shift and then start at about $54,000 I hope you do not live in the state of WV. They do not pay near as half as the ones listed above. I know this because I have been a nurse for 5yrs now. |
