Any tips on how to get through nursing school?

I am in my 1st semester of LPN school and it is hard!

Study, work hard, get lots of rest, don't party too much, do not use any meds that are not prescribed to you as I know a lot of nurses that are or have been messed up on scripts. I believe that it comes with the availability. Stay ethical and become a good nurse, which is a wonderful profession.

Study, study,study! Memorize by repetition. The wash out rate in nursing school is high, but if you are determined , you will likely make it. Good luck!

study! find something in your life to connect with the information, and use it to remember things. it's doesn't get any easier than it is now, trust me. it takes lots of time and energy, and you have to find that too. good luck!
