Nursing school in one state, NCLEX in another state? |
I plan on starting an accelerated ASN program in the fall, and will finish next summer in Louisiana. But I want to start my nursing career in another state. Is it possible to graduate from the program and then take the exam in the state of my choice, or do I take the exam before I graduate, and then go through the issues of getting my license in the state of my choice? take the exam and then get ur license in ur state of choice...it seems easier...I am in a BSN program...good luck Checkout http://philippinenurses.blogsp... You will find lots of information regarding NCLEX, Nclex tips, etc. You will also find board exam results posted as well as nclex tips, etc. Report It Iam not a nurse but i know with my degree as a lab tech, my licensing is good in all states except Cali and Florida.
