What are the correct answers for a nursing school interview for nursing school L.P.N.?

1-HOW FAR DO YOU WANT TO GO INTO NURSING? 2-WHY DO YOU WANT TO GO TO NURSING SCHOOL? 3-WHAT ARE YOUR STRENTH AREAS 4-WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES 5- TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF

Some general answers (temper these with your honest feelings about the issue).

1. I am not sure at this point, I would like to learn as much as possible at this level and then decide if I want to further my education in the field after I have had some experience.
2. This is a personal question that only you can answer, though I wouldn't start it by saying 'money'.
3. It would help if you could (and only if it's true) name off several good features of your personality. Are you professional, do you find the study of the human body interesting, do you want to help people, do you have good communication skills? etc.
4. This depends but a 'best answer' to this is inexperience in the field.. because they plan on teaching you and giving you experiences and it means they don't have any bad habits to break in you.
5. Here they are asking blanket questions. They want to know what you have done in your life to get you here. How determined you are to finish the program. Where you are in your maturity and life experience.

There are no correct answers to these. Some of them are designed to get you to talk about your career choice. The best answers are truthful ones. If you really anticipate these questions then, take the time to think about them.

Do NOT try to offer any bulls*** reaponses you get from here or from friends. A good interviewer will have heard all the trite, safe answers long before, and will be able to detect a flat lie with just two or three more questions.

No BS, if nursing is something you really want to do, and have honestly researched what the job entails, then you shoul already know the answers to those questions. Don't go in to that interview unprepared.
