Will nursing school accept my credits from my B.S. in exersize science?

I was in pre-physical therapy program and am thinking of switching into a field of nursing. I have my B.S. already. will the program accept my credits which means a shorter time in nursing school? and any recommendations on what field of nursing... i am thinking of rehabilitation nurse.

Found a website for a School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science so I would assume your Exercise Science degree would qualify. That should give you an idea of what you can bring over, what you will need to take and what you can expect in different programs.
