Nursing school?????? nurses help!!!!!!!? |
ok long story short i am a junior in high school and am going to be going to nursing school right after i graduate. my parents are going to be moving to a city in the middle of nowhere so i cant live with them and go to school because there is no schools over there so i was wondering how hard if possible will it be to support yourself while in nursing school? i am going to go to denver school of nursing if that city makes a differance. There is financial help available. Sometimes it requires filling out the Financial Aid Form which will mean help from your parents with income and tax return info. There are almost always scholarships available. As already mentioned see your school counselor and contact the Financial Aid and Nursing departments at DSN. If you must work, I recommend working in a hospital as a CNA. It will tell you a lot about how you're going to like nursing. Ask the school for any scope on financial help, let them know about your situation and goals |
