Has my "mouse" given me arthritis? |
OK, In the grand scheme of things, this is not a major problem, but my "mouse finger" is starting to pop and hurt after even a few hours of computer work. I am a freelance health writer and actually do work on my computer besides contribute to Y/A...LOL. Has anyone encountered this problem, and how are you dealing with it? Any ergonomic changes you have found that help ease the symptoms. We never learned about "mouse arthritis" in nurses' training. My husband is a computer engineer and has recently developed a trigger finger due to long hours of computer use. I suggest you get it checked out now.
