Now, COT may be the only option where this battery is abreviated, but nursing program candidates through the ROTC as well as OTS will need to learn and demonstrate knowledge of certain aircraft and other platforms.

Not unless you are in flight med or air rescue. Most of the nursing candidate goes through BOT instead of COT which is a shortened officer training course to understand the basics of military life.

Only evacuation plans. Medvacs, Aerovacs do because they will be in the planes with the wounded, sick, injured, etc.
That's it, only 5% of jobs in the AF are pilot status, just FYI and anyone else thinking that everyone in the AF is a pilot lol

How not to get airsick might be a good tool to have!
Anyone who flies has to go through Egress training and if you're going into a war zone they might want you to go through SERE(Survival Evasion Resistance &Escape) training.
