Does doing weight training get hindered bythe useof amphetamine ie speed asi eat more than usual+train 2+hrder |
i work harder with more intensity and with more deliberate contraction in movement and feel more confident and i can sleep for 8 hours in a night and i look at my physique and yes i have lost weight but it isn't bad weight loss because i can see more muscle definition and i also feel more alert andhappier with my appearance but i am maintaaining my weight and still training 3-4 times in a 7 day period, 1 is circuit and rest is weightspecific exercises targeting back front and bulk muscles i feel better even when i am not amphetamined up because all i live for is my fitness and muscle and weight control,alsoi am fully qualified as a personal trainer and fitness advisor so it would interest me what people with hands on experienceof it exactly how it effected them (no lectures just advice and experience) also to hear from doctor ,nurse ,dietician,and/orpersonal opinion of people that don't just see drugs and go all high and mighty and bellitling some kind of amphetamine experiences and fi Dont Know But Those Word "amphetamine" Dont Sound Good. |
