Weight training plateau ? |
Like most of us, i enjoy weight training but lately there's been a problem. My BARBELL SHOULDER PRESS (aka Military Press) has stalled. For about two years, i've been stuck at the same weight increment. Worse still, if i have to take just one week off to nurse a niggling injury, i actually press LESS the next session. two years no improvement, what the You need to "confuse" your muscles. Do other shoulder exercises to help support muscle growth. Military Press are great but there are a bunch of other exercises. I highly recommend start taking supplements to support strength. Stuff from GNC, never take steroids! |
