Mom and Baby Personal Training?

Im thinking of starting my own business for moms and babys to have one on one personal training a studio designed for moms and babys ( nursing rooms, bottle warmers, rockers, etc...)

I was wondering what ever mothers opinion was on this idea - and how do you feel of the price of $600 for 3 months 1 time a week for an hour, each session includes complimenaty refreshments, towel service, as well as 15% all group exercise classes.

Thanks.

Thanks for the input - and yes it would be certified personal trainers - specialization in pre and post natal.

Im in Ottawa, Canada! :)

Sounds like an interesting concept! I'm just thinking it could be quite expensive to run, unless you already have the studio space. I love all the details you plan to include to make it most comfortable for moms and babies.

Your price seems reasonable -would the workout be with an accredited trainer? I'm sure that's a factor in pricing the service appropriately.

Because body image can be such an issue for women after giving birth, I think many would welcome a private space in which they could get a work out. Plus, it's SO important for mothers to take care of themselves! This would make that easier.

And I'm curious... in which city are you planning to do this?

Good luck!
