Why do i bother training? |
i am training to be a nurse and i am really loving it but every day there are more and more job cuts within NHS trusts. it is really disheartening when i am working so hard. there are so many nurse shortages and wards are having to be shut done because of the lack of nurses but they are still employing high rise managers and paying them what they would pay 3 nurses. is anyone having the same problem and are getting as angry as i am! I know what you mean it's not just hospitals either, this is all over,I guess they don't like to share anymore. |
