How intense is S.E.R.E training for Air Force Reserve flight nurses?

Is the resistance part of the training less intense for a nurse or medic vice someone who is special ops or a pilot?

S.E.R.E training no matter what branch or rate you are in will be tough!!! So get ready.

SERE Survival Evasion Resistance Escape training is intense as it is a specific training for dealing their mission to prepare aircrew and high risk of capture DOD personnel to survive under any conditions.

In twelve hours you WILL believe you are a prisoner of war....only thing is you probably wont be required to pass as some will, so if you get paired with some hardass while trying to E&E he will help you eat and stay warm, BUT cut him a break and attract attention AWAY from him when they will inevitably find you. Tell Chad Mace said Hi, he will be without a doubt the shortest man in the training Cadre.

This depends on where you are going. I attended a S.E.R.E
course at the academy in Colorado Springs back in 95. I was Army stationed at Ft. Carson at the time. And to tell you the truth it was pretty low speed. Maybe it was because I was Army and wasn't really focused on by the cadre. Or maybe it was because it was a short course. I don't know. But if it happens to be the same course I went through don't sweat it.

well air force nurse not that bad compared to AFSOC sere but ALL SERE is hard Army SERE for Special Forces is conducted at the end of their training simply because the dropout/washout rate would be almost 100 percent if they took it earlier bye this time the soldiers have went through 1-2 years of *** kickin training and are ready for anything if you go to training pray you find a battle buddy or a good friend there to its makes a BIG difference knowing i have a friend here to help me through this
