I have decided to apply for nurse training, should i tell my employer now or wait and see how it goes? |
i have had to put her name for a referrence so if i am lucky enough to be considered then she will be contacted and may even be upset with me for 1 applying and 2 for not telling her that i have applied. If it were me, I would tell them, but possibly play it down, that it is something that you feel you had to enquire about, that you're not sure if it is what you want to do or not. You don't say what you do now - could be major career change for you! if your in the states, it could take a couple of month before you get in, if your on a waiting list. plan now for your life in nursing school, and when you get close (like your in next month), then tell your employer. |
