Were can i find a on the job training for nursing assistant1?

I've never heard of 'on the job' training for a N.A. Today you need to be certified, thus a C.N.A. I don't know what position you are in, but attempt to get your R.N. At least go for your L.P.N. If you consider the latter, you can go on to get your R.N. L.P.N.'s make a fairly good salary on the floor, and that salary could keep you in school. A nursing assistant position is no fun. You probably won't get the best treatment. Some R.N.'s can be real jerks. Medicine in generel is not a great field these days, as medical facilities are run by huge corporations. They hire laymen to run them. They know nothing about medicine, and believe me that they don't care about staff or patients. It's all about money. Sorry, but you need to know this if your considering medicine at all.RESEARCH well. Contact your local university. There's no substitution for educating yourself...Good luck.P.S. do not consider nursing homes. They make hospitals look good.
