Are You a NURSE!?

if you are...what kind of nurse are you and do you like your specialty.... I currently am a Medical Oncology Nurse who works with generally a lot of geriatrics and am looking to expand my career to another field of nursing. I am I most interested in learning more about being an OR nurse or even a rehab nurse. Id love to hear your thoughts.

I started off in cardiac step-down, then moved to L&D. I had a summer internship in nursing school in psych, and I really liked that too.

I'm just starting to train for OB OR and am rather excited about that. OR nursing is really different - not a lot of direct patient care other than getting them set up on the table and prepped - everything else is about maintaining the record and charting charting charting, doing sponge and sharps counts, watching to make sure the field remains sterile, etc.

I have done cardiac nursing, pediatric nursing and rehabilitation nursing. I even dabbled in psychiatric nursing.
