I'm 27 and considering to be circumcised. But wouldn't the nurses be surprised by what they'll see?

I'm the butt of jokes with friends, even with the ladies. How would the nurses and all of those in the operating room react when they see a 27 year old man getting circumcised? Isn't that embarrassing?

Doctors and nurses wouldn't care. It's their job. Adult men do get circumcised. Rare but it happens. If I were you I would be more worried about if it's what you want or not. I hope you have thoroughly researched it and figured out most people lose sensation afterwards; there are no compelling hygiene or disease reasons to get it done; uncircumcised is generally best for the woman and only shallow people have a problem. Make sure your decision is educated.

I would be more concerned with the medical side effects with circumcision at this stage in your life moreso than what the nurses or doctors would think. They've seen it all.

Not at all nurses and doctors see worse things than that. Many older men go in and get circumcised its nothing to be embarresed or ashamed about. Better take care of it now before your old and saggy then it might be a little embarresing. Also there is no reason why you should be joked about a lot of men aren't circumcised.

No, older men get them all the time. Plus I'd like to think they've seen a multitude of peckers and wouldn't be shocked.

Certainly NO, those who are in medicine would be the major people that could understand anybody for the insecurities specially in dealing such kind of case. I looked up for your bravery though it's later for you to circumcise, but I salute you you for deciding to undergoing it. Good luck for the operation.
