How long does it usually take...?

how long does it usually take to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?

This would require a master's degree in the specific area of specialty and certification.

If you went the BSN to MSN route then you could expect it to take 4+2 years; 4 for the BSN and 2 for the MSN for 6 years.

If you already are an RN (ASN) then you'd need 2+2 for 4 years.

If you are already an RN (BSN) then you'd only need 2 years (and possibly a little less if you have experience) for a total 2 years.
