Does anyone know how many years of collage do you need to become a pediatric nurse?

Well to become a pediatric nurse you will need to get a bachelor's degree in nursing. It will be two years-2 1/2 years to get your prerequisites. Then you would go to nursing school for two years. Basically it is a four year degree. If you want to become a nurse practitioner you will need to have I believe at least one year of nursing experience then apply for graduate school which is 2 years.

A nursing degree is usually a four-year degree through a regular university, to become an RN. There are also nursing schools around that are not universities. If you just want to be a CNA (certified nursing assistant), it's like a 4-week course at a medical assistant school. If you want to be a licensed nurse practicioner, which is as close to a doctor as you can get without actually being one, additional school will be required.
