Hands free nursing bra? |
Has anyone used one before? I start back to work in March. I have an office that I can pump in, I just would like to continue to work while I pump in private. Any suggestions? You mean for pumping hands free? I know Medela makes a kit that hooks onto their bras, but then you have to purchase both a bra and a kit made by Medela. I made my own, but I am not very large chested so it worked fine for me. I took a sports bra (bought a cheap 3 pack from Walmart) and cut tiny slits where the nipples should be. Then I easily inserted the shields into those slits and was able to do everything hands free. This requires you to change bras at work though, so it might not be too convenient for you. But it worked. I did purchase one. It works but I found that I could get the milk out much faster using my hands instead. You just get better suction. So my answer is, yes it works-- but not as efficiently as when you hold the cups. |

they are directly responsible to the RN for the majority of personal and medical care. ...I think its used as more of a compliment and not an objectional comment. ...LOL yeah...it's always strange...but when I was giving birth to my daughter, I honestly didn't care in the least. All I wanted was to push that big ol' baby out ASAP! The only thing ... How do I wash down there so its not smelly? always wipe from the back to the front. When washing was the walls and up from the back to the front. Do not wash inside as this can cause infections.... What??! You mean the breast isn't just for male sexual fantasies??? No! Say it ain't so! ... |
