Is a staff unfit for nursing if she is a hepatitis b carrier? |
I am a medical officer in a private hospital. A staff came for preemployment.she was found to have HbsAg positive.Must I declare her as unfit for employment? No, that's why universal precautions are mandated for health care workers. |
