How normal is this behaviour, did anyone else experience anything similar when they were young?

I realise that some people might be uncomfortable with talking about this, so I'm not expecting too many answers, but any thoughts and opinions would be much appreciated. I have masturbated on a regular basis since I was about 5 years old. By the time I was 8 I was having sexual fantasies about touching peoples privates, and people touching mine, and I can remember asking many boys and girls if I could touch them on many occasions. When I was 10 My friend and I began playing a game where we would pretend we were nurses and we would rub moisturising cream around each others privates which, believe it or not, resulted in orgasm for both of us on many occasions. Also, when we slept at each others houses, we used to pretend we were a married couple and hump each other naked which also resulted in orgasm. What I am unsure about is how normal this behaviour is. I don't remember anything that would suggest I have been sexually abused so why was I so obssesed with sex? Or is this normal?

It's normal to that extent that all people explore themselves at a young age and may get to the point that they want to explore others too. It doesn't really seem like a huge issue as long as you aren't having sex with a bunch of people or doing anything to hurt yourself. Just be safe, use protection.

Totally normal. Kids have been doing that kind of thing forever. It's just Victorian morals that villified it. As long as it's you alone, or you and your peers, it's OK. If an adult gets involved, then it's abuse.
