well to begin with i think your title needs to be rewritten, it has too much information. try:

"The extent of medication errors by nursing students in hospitals"

then you could look at

the number of cases where patients have died from these errors in a few hospitals

how often legal action has been taken

correlations between medication errors and not finishing/passing the degree.

just by looking at your title, i would want to know
1-type of errors: what are the student's responsibilities, so, possibilities for making errors?
2-repercussions- what have been the results of medical errors by nursing students in the past; fatalities? critical unjuries?
3-what are the causes? bad teaching? not enough hands on experienc? selection of students? ....
4-what are the futur plans to reduce medical errors, how can we reduce these errors, what needs to change...
