A Man's wife has been in a coma for months now......?

It's been about 3 months that a mans wife has been in a coma. One day when the nurse is doing her normal duty, she notices a particular movement in the patients body when she sponge cleaned her private area. She runs to tell the Dr. quickly about the news.
The Doctor was stunned and call the patients husband urging him to come to the hospital as quick as he can. So the man rushed to the hospital and approached the Dr.
The Dr. told the man " Our nurse noticed a stimulation in your wifes reaction to being sponged bathed in her private area. I strongly recommend you to perform oral sex with your wife. I'm confident we might be able to get a good reaction from it.
So the man went in to the room for about 15 minutes and comes out with a ghrimm look on his face and states " Dr., .....my wife is dead" the doctor looked at him with shock and suspision and asked "What the hell happened in there?"
The man replied "........I think she choked"
