Ways to be nude at the doctors?

my friends are thinking of ways to get nude at the doctors with the doctor or nurse there. like to say something about your private parts. could i ask to say my penis hurts or feels wrong if i do this. what ways could i and only stuff you would do. so what could i say or do? im not some perv,

I'm interpreting your question two ways: 1 - What EXCUSE could you make up to GET naked, although the reason you're there has nothing to do with you having to take your clothes off. 2 - What could you say to "break the ice" or make the situation lighter when HAVING to take off your clothes for an exam.
If it's #1, that would be hard to do unless you have some legitimate reason. I mean, you could say you have a rash you want the doctor to look at, but if you really don't then you'll be standing there looking stupid. I think somebody mentioned asking for a prostate exam. That would be a good one, but a stupid reason, I think, and a stupid thing to go through for the sake of wanting to get naked. I haven't had my first one yet, but I hear they're not fun AT ALL. You'll just have to get creative on this one. If it's #2, just say something stupid like, "All right, doc. You gotta glove warmer? cause Bubba here doesn't like the cold."
