I take Suboxone, but doctor may drop me!Help please?

I didn't get the messege until 2 days later than came in for my urine. They resfused and said I should have came in and cut me as a patiet. The nurse also refused to talk in private , even though I requested so. She was talking about confidental information, drug testing , my meds etc. , is this illegel, can they cut me even though this is the first problem I've had there after like 5 months.
I'm clean and want to stay that why but am almost out of suboxone and am really worried/stressed. They are supposed to be able to have me come in within 24hrs but I was staying somewhere with no phone-is this fair? is it ethical? is it even legal? I did sign a narcotics contract but it was very vague saying I had to be able to come in within 24hrs, which I did, but only after I got the messege from my mom. The nurse also claims my mom said I was sleeping but I wasn't even at the house, my mom told her that but the nurse insists she said I was there and just didnt come in like I was supposed 2

If the nurse was talking about your records that could have been heard by anyone who wasn't you or office personell would be a violation of HIPAA.

Demand to speak to the nurse's supervisor or the doctor himself. The nurse seems too high on her high horse to be worth dealing with, if they refuse. Report the whole lot of them to the State Medical board (and your insurance if you have it) be sure to take names, because they will want specifics.

Definitely find another doctor, regardless. They don't deserve your business.

Find another Dr. that can help you. This Dr sounds like a douche.

Ask your DR instead of the nurse and a social worker.

Taking opiates is illegal. Get a grip on your inner self and just quit.
