HIPPA and what is considered confidentiality No. HIPPA relates specifically to a company's handling or disclosure of personal medical information (i.e., what diseases a person has). first "their" is the word you are looking for HIPPA applies to medical information, not a conversation about the company. But you don't know for sure that it was due to your conversation do you? HIPPA is just medical info. |
