My husband told me this joke tell me if u think its funny?

Nurse Betty works in a nursing home.....
earl is one of her favorite patients
she walks in one morning and Earl is sitting on his bed with his head bowed and he seemed really sad.
"Earl" she said whats wrong?
Earl replied "nurse Betty my privates died last night and i dont know what to do"...
She said "oh Earl it will all be okay soon"
she walks out deeply concerned about earl. but she had other rounds and vowed to check on him first thing in the morning
So the next morning shes walking down the hall and she sees earl with his pants wide open. "Oh no" she exclaimed Earl what are u doing?!!!? He said "Nurse Betty I told you my privates died right ?""Yes"she said but why are your pants open
he said todays the viewing........

My girlfriend works in a nursing home..I will have to tell her this one, I thought it was pretty good.
