I just started an Independent Nursing Company How do I get licensed and bonded?

Its a privated duty private pay nursing services. I am new to running my own business. How do I get licensed and bonded?

In Florida you cannot start a nursing company unless you are licensed, bonded and insured. I'm betting that is the case in your state. How did you "start" it? Incorporating does not start a business if you do not have the proper licenses.

Contact the board of professional regulation in your state. They have all of the forms etc. to get you up and going.

You will also need to be licensed locally, so contact your local authorities for that.
