What can i do with a BSN?

I am in a nursing program right now to get my BSN and I'm working in a hospital, and I have been seeing a lot of RN's doing jobs other than direct patient care. I have been searching on the internet for a site that lists possible career paths for the RN, and have come up short. I would also like to see a site that has a list of masters programs or at least something that gives me an idea of what directions I can go with if I choose to get my MSN. Please drop a link if you know of something like what I'm looking for. Thanks!

You don't mention what state you're in, so if you want to remain where you are, just ask at your local hospital. They may even put you in touch with an agency that recruits nurses.

Traveling nurses seem to enjoy good pay and get room and board.
