RNFA's eligible for Clinical Ladder? |
Any nurses out there know if RNFA's are eligible for their hospitals Clinical Ladder? The hospital I am employed at is just starting a clinical a ladder but say only the RN's may apply. I don't get that. I'd like to hear what other nurses experience at their workplace. Thanks! First, I'm a medical librarian, not a nurse - so this is the outsider's viewpoint. |
