Will hospital hire RN as scrub nurse or they prefer Surg Tech? |
I'm in a 4 year nursing program and will be an RN. i want to work as a scrub nurse. however,i heard hospitals want Surg Tech because they are cheaper? it is true? It is true at some hospitals, not at all. There are still scrub nurses and circulating nurses at some hospitals, your'e best bet is to check with human resources at where you want to work. Good luck!! |
