How can I ck the authencity of a RN nurse? Is there a website?

There is a new nurse in my childs life and I would like to ck her credentials if possible.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

You should be able to go to google and type in "Oklahoma Board of nursing" (or whatever state you are from) and it will take you to a site to check just such a thing. Just click on "license verification" and you'll type in his/her first and last name. and it will tell you if their license is active, or on hold, or if they are on probation, ect... Good luck!

I live in Arizona. The state board of nursing keeps track of all nurses and CNA's. You can go to their website, type in a name, and see their registration number. Other states probably have something similar.

you can do a back ground check or call her last employer to find out how she was as a nurse. your a good mom you cant be too careful these days good for you, i hope she turns out ok

What state are you in? Let's say for example you are in California, go to yahoo search and look for california state boards of nursing. Once you find the web page you are looking for you will be able to check credentials. It should be the same for every state.
