Any practical nurse or RN nurse here????or anyone help me please!?

What is your view of the role of a practical nurse in healthcare today?

I'm not an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN, but I have a couple of close friends that are.

As medical costs go up and up, nurses are called on to do more and more. This makes the demand for nurses high, and nursing a great career opportunity. Pay tends to be reasonably good, with a wide variety of opportunities.

Many institutions have nurses work 12 hour shifts, either 3 or 4 days a week. 12 hours is grueling, but then you get either 3 or 4 days off every week.
