Is it legal in Florida for an L.P.N. to be a supervisor (boss) over R.N.s? Also Board of nursing policy .?

Is it legal in Florida for an L.P.N. to be in charge (supervisor) over a department of nurses that include many Registered nurses? Also, does anyone know the Fl. Board of Nursing policy on this subject? Thank You

no lpn's are never bosses over rn's that have the further education, the degree & the state licenese. its not legal anywhere!

LPNs answer to RNs so I do not see how an LPN can be a RNs supervisor!
