For nurses: how to apply for reciprocity?

im a registered nurse here in the philippines and im also a registered nurse in the state of illinois in the united states. i just want to know if i can apply for reciprocity if i want to apply for a job in a different state like in california. pls, i really need correct information about this one. thanks a lot.

What you might want to do is contact that states Board of Nursing and speak with someone that can lead you in the right direction...
Different states have different requirements, as I'm sure you know...so by contacting that states Board Of Nursing...you would get the exact instructions and the exact paperwork and/or forms for that particular state...
You may want to try and check it out on the internet...it would probably lead you in the right direction and you would be able to see contact persons and phone numbers.
Good luck.
